The Bistrot Bourguignon , open in 1985 in BEAUNE, is the true wine bar with Burgundy wines, and proposes within a traditional framework a pretty influenced regional cuisine of new savours, accompanied by a beautiful wine list of Burgundy including one certain number by the glass.

The whole in a soft Jazz ambiance.

Here take place Jazz concerts on Saturdays night and it is also the cave of the festival JAZZ A BEAUNE which takes place in September.
